Steven M. Press

I have over twenty years of broad legal experience. I focus my practice on guardianships, conservatorships, estate planning and probate. I have represented both petitioners and respondents in guardianship proceedings giving me a unique perspective on the guardianship process.

Outside of the office, I serve as a Conciliation Court Referee for Ramsey County.

I have been fortunate to work in various facets of estate planning and now I bring this extensive experience to the firm. From estate, trust and guardianship administration as a bank trust officer to advanced concept marketing for an insurance company to insurance and investment planning as a financial advisor, I can enhance our estate planning discussions and help you see how your estate plan and your assets come together.

I hold the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. In order to earn these designations which cover basic to advanced estate and business planning, I completed a total of eleven exams.
