I have nearly twenty years of broad legal experience. I focus my practice on guardianships, conservatorships, estate planning, probate and commercial collections. I have represented both petitioners and respondents in guardianship proceedings giving me a unique perspective on the guardianship process.
In other areas of the law, I have been published and lectured on debt collections and am the 2007-2008 Co-chair of the Debtor-Creditor Section of the Hennepin County Bar Association.
Outside of the office, I serve as a Conciliation Court Referee for Ramsey County.

I hold the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. In order to earn these designations which cover basic to advanced estate and business planning topics, I completed a total of eleven exams.
